I know you were just making a whole joke at the filing for soverignty thing but to clarify it is impossible.

People have tried to fight government fees, taxation etc by using the argument that their government identity (STRAWMAN) is different from thier actual identity and have always failed.

Most of the people who openly tout the sovereignty idea are people trying to get idiots to pay for a class where they fleece them for a couple of hundred bucks with "fake" paperwork they can file before disappearing into the wind like an ol' fashioned snakeoil salesman.
