He belongs in a hospital of some sort, he apparently has HIV but is in denial.
He is claiming that he has RH-negative blood, hence he is immune from HIV. He believes that Koma is telling doctors to him that he still has HIV.
He believes that he needs to find one of the 4 skulls and activate it with his RH-negative blood.
Apparently he is planning on starting to do blood sacrifices...

Frankly, the vast majority of schizophrenics are not going to hurt anyone but themselves. This guy is pretty interesting. I happen to be friends with three schizos who are just as batshit, or more, and all of them post on social media and upload videos daily. Every day I have to prevent myself from posting about them here because they are actually decent people.
Speaking from experience, schizos tend to arrange themselves in simple online hierarchies. There will usually be one very charismatic schizo with the ability to convey language well who acts as the leader, with multiple followers who constantly pander and become increasingly more insane and psychotic as time passes. If you go through Barlow's friend's list and track his interactions and conversations with others, I'm pretty confident you'll find people just like him.

Holy shit, this guy is fucking gold. Having HIV and being in denial about it is the ultimate insanity. Like he isn't even one of those fuckers who thinks they can cure it by drinking piss or that it doesn't cause AIDS, that would be too sane for him. Evolution denialism, Climate change denialism, HIV denialism, nuclear weapon denialism, Ebola denialism... if it's scary, there will always be a large group of people who deny its existence.
I happen to know another schizo who has HIV but is in denial. He also believes that smoking three packs a day keeps him healthy. This kinda logic is commonplace for schizophrenics.

Oh god that's actually fucking terrifying. Hopefully he doesn't actually know this dudes address. It could just be a part of his fantasy about him. He did fly all the way out there, though. That alone says a lot.
