I understand that position but when someone's life could be in danger we have a duty as observers too, just like when people recently had the authorities check on Barb after she seemed ill in a recent OPL video. Also I thought the rule was "no troll plans", which is different from "what happens here stay here" or whatever.

Alas I honestly did my best to get in contact with him but there isn't an email address in any of his several websites because it's all total corporate bullshit. Not even a proper Facebook profile.

He can die now for all I care.

He's spending all day sat in Starbucks posting gibberish and empty threats. He has no idea where to find Koma even if he was schizo enough to go after him. Lol at the people fretting about whether to get involved. James is clearly waiting on the 'spirits' to tell him where to go, and I hear they're not the best address directory.

Yeah, I think that this guy is a danger more to himself than to Koma. Its more believable that he ends up accidentally killing himself in some sort of "ritual/sorcery." lol
I think that, for now, hes pretty harmless.

Is that intense shivering that takes total meditation to control a symptom of his diagnosed HIV?

And for the both of you who think he is a danger only to himself: trust me when I say there is nothing more dangerous than a man who has nothing to lose. And by the looks of it he is living on nothing but revenge for a while now. (also the spirits told me)
