I want to touch on a point thay was discussed earlier. James said the "spirits" gave him money after his sorcery. Does anyone know if this guy gets a govt tugboat? A representative payee is for someone who is disabled and is also incompetent to handle their own money due to mental defect. If someone doesn't have an actual person who can be trusted to do this, a number of organization provide representative payees. Their job is to dole out the tard bucks to make sure basic needs get fulfilled, rather than letting the tard squander their money like Phil does. Sometimes, money is also put aside for emergencies and other needs. The tard gets any remaining money minus whatever (regulations limited) fee the payee gets for doing this.

If indeed he has a daughter then that means his message implicates literally or figuratively Koma stole her (maybe by dating the mother if she has full custody). I find that hard to believe- and if it was true I'm sure we'd be hearing a lot more bitching about it, not just a note passing by.

I must be very very wrong, but some mental disorders doesn't affect the intellect very much. One day, I saw a video on youtube of a crazy person, babbling about many topics, but what they were saying aren't incorrect. Basically, they were talking about NASA, chemistry and Napoleon at the same time, but the things said were correct and accurate.
