Do we have any info on James' domestic situation? I heard somewhere he has kids, and is tired and has no time - but what's keeping him so busy?

Is he a mega coomer addicted to vr thots? Is his wife the one telling him to both make more money and spend more time with the kids?

The "official" answer is that he has time management issues and spends most of his time and energy on technical stuff: trouble shooting, data handling... As well as researching pop culture related topics or possible ideas for the channel. Obviously, it's not a very satisfying answer.

the truth sub is now scouring of all James' content looking for plagiarism and stolen content, and boy they are starting to get a lot of evidences like stealing art, like they stole parts of the polybius review and stealing art from polybius review

Ha ha ha… oh shit, you're serious?

I still can't tell which one is Digi. I guess he shaved that gross beard he had? That first picture really does look like two dudes standing next to each other and I'm not sure that removing the masks would fix that.

EDIT: Wait, shit, is he still pretending to be trans? I thought he gave that shit up once Pantsu wasn't around anymore to influence him.

EDIT 2: Yes, apparently he is. this post covers where Digibro is in his life up until today. Damn. Still can't tell which one is him, though.

I blame the reefer.

James has earned his place as internet royalty by staying on message, treating people with respect and avoiding TDS. It's just sad he's taken a passion project that he's long-since tired of and hired bosses for himself - and the half-assed corporate culture got rid of the DIY, friends-having-fun aesthetic. The situation reminds me of when a rock band gets rid of their old manager in exchange for a corporate stooge, isolating the talent of the band from its heart and causing its downfall.

As for the dad band, if he wanted to live out his rock star dream he should have formed a group with Kyle Justin and the like. They would still have sucked but at least it would be fun, new and, people would actually want to watch. Rex just seems like corporate rock: interchangeable musicians playing to a captive audience there to see something else. Each band member seems to have their own part of the stage as opposed to working as a team.

James needs time, James needs money. He peaked with the movie and knows his fate is forever intertwined with the Nerd. He considers this his day job and has turned it into a corporate grind: going through the motions of the "small" episodes where he reads off a teleprompter to fixed-angle cameras so he has time to make the "big" episodes which he has some interest in. I say he should sell the IP before he runs it into the ground, or at least switch to animation for a while so he can outsource much more of the project - while being inspired by solving fresh challengers..

He's not a lolcow, he's just a salaryman.

The thing is that we've seen this process happen a thousand different times with various personalities. He's going to continue to lose interest in being the Nerd. The criticism from the detractors will continue to mount. Both will play off each other. Eventually it will lead to the same destination every cow before James reached.

I don't won't James to go down this path. I would love for him to restore his reputation and find the thing that makes him happy. But right now he's in a really dark place. It will only get worse before it gets better. If it ever does.

Looks like the Polybius thumbnail has since been updated.

so the screenwave stooges seem to be monitoring the truth subreddit based on this.

I'm not going to watch the whole thing, I REFUSE! Can someone list all the songs they played and if they performed an original song or not?
can someone confirm if might wings and hadoukens is an original song? or is it a parody of some sort?
