It's very ironic that in the end, James stood true to the negative implications of the nerd moniker. Being socially awkward and trying to find redemption in devoting his life to filmmaking, only to fail to produce a decent movie script.
He truly was an angry videogame nerd.

Has anyone had the stamina to listen to the whole audiobook? I always fall asleep listening to it.
I read the physical copy a week ago. It really wasn't that good. It really cements in my mind that James is a bit of man child. Not even in a necessarily bad or malicious way, he just comes across as being mentally-stunted in some regards.

Stream highlights:
- 3/4 of chat is detractor memes,
- Stream up to 41:00 is dedicated to late 00s memories of James with ScrewAttack,
- Pokemon episode is possible in the future,
- There are other ideas for future AVGN episodes,
- James is aware of AVGN deepfakes but didn't saw them,
- James' "most fun" project was working with Macaulay Culkin, Dragon in my dreams and a Plan 9 from Outer Space remake,
- AVGN movie was like a "multi-million movie" according to James' associates and they thought he wouldn't be able to pull it off,
- AVGN movie sequel would be animated if it was in the works,
- No plans to stop AVGN,
- "therapautic."

They didn't take into account the amount of shots you can get done just by pushing a Matchbox car around

At the end of the interview, James also names the AVGN Movie the #1 accomplishment of his career
