Yeah, even with his decline, I still tune in occasionally for his AVGN reviews, I still find entertainment in some of his stuff, and honestly I think that's very good given how he's been around since before Youtube. I find I drop most content creators after a few years, but he's one of the few I still try to keep tabs on for the good stuff when it occasionally pops up. Maybe its the nostalgia idk.

This backlash to the Dustborn BS is a perfect example of "toxic positivity", something Concord and these other woke games seem to struggle with internally during development. Can't say something is bad, can't cater to what the audience wants, have to affirm and say nice things about anything made by anyone, especially neurodivergent trannies. Can't acknowledge reality, objective player numbers, reviews. I mean I guess it fits into their deeply delusional worldview though haha.

It's extremely funny once you hone in on all of his eccentricities, and there's definitely vast, valid critique. He's just a weird, neurotic person, and it's entertaining to shit on him.
That said, Stuttering Craig absolutely knew what he was doing when he roped James into doing this.
I wouldn't be surprised if he fed him a minimum of details about the project.
