Even online has just another tard. Online or IRL, even covered head-to-toe in shit-tier tactical gear and a balaclava, its blatantly obvious that Phil is just shy of being a helmet-wearing rétard. He's already a pants-shitting tard. Phil's greatest desire in life is to have power and be feared and respected, and it eats at him that he has neither. It weighs on his mind that other people can command respect or intimidate others, except him. On the contrary, people laugh at him. And the thing that's worst to Phil is that he can't understand WHY no one respects him, fears him, takes him seriously, and why he can't gather any power for himself. So he bounces, he squeaks, and he flails about like a total spaz online trying to find ANYTHING that can get him what he wants...and just makes it more apparent that he's a mongo.
