I think the latest numbers say that there are 600k foreigners residing in Tokyo, that's almost 1 person out of 20. It's 1 in 10 if you only count people in their 20's.
Add to that the huge numbers of tourists that do not count as residents and the fact that you were in Shibuya, and it's no surprise that it's full of gaijins. Nowadays if you go in the hip areas of Shinjuku/Shibuya/Roppongi you can't throw a stone without hitting a nigger.

A lot of the "major" station areas appear to be infested (not necessarily by niggers unless you're talking about certain specific areas such as Kabukicho and even then it's usually just a few of them sitting around as touts for random "clubs"). This is largely driven by how weak the Yen has been for a while now. Literal animal tier tourists arriving by the truckload which sucks for anyone with a shred of decency.

My only response every time that I see some fucking chink committing yet another crime or scam is TCD.

One piece of good news is that the uber kike Rahm Emannuel who is currently the US Ambassador of Japan (and who has been actively trying to insert himself into Japanese political activity by leading faggot rallies during "pride month" and criticizing Japan for not allowing faggots and trannies to have "rights") has told his people that he will be leaving before November. Good riddance to this jew filth.

It looks like Kishida got Biden'd, and will not run for re-election this September. (Archived)

But the damage that he did, with copying Biden, Truderp, and Macron to open the immigration gates, inflation, and selling Japan out to Larry Fink, was already done. Now we have to see if Japan manages to elect someone worse than him.
Isn't it very common for Japan to burn throught PMs rather quickly? If I'm not mistaken, Abe was the longerst serving one in the history of the country

I have not really understood the concept that Japan has that no one is allowed to have their face shown without explicit permission/consent outside of, well, some interviews and the obvious entertainment. Mind if someone can fill me in on that?

The japs are normally very reserved people. You won't see them act out, you won't see them picking fights or shouting matches in public spaces, you won't see them get involved with things that don't strictly affect them (even if that thing is helping to prevent an ongoing crime, like in the case of Kabu Terauchi). Due that outlook at life, they take their privacy very seriously, couple that with the fact that they are rather superficial, and you see why they act in an almost paranoid way when it comes to their public image

It's a bit more complicated than that. On paper it is not illegal to take pictures of people, but if you meet certain criteria people can sue you in civil court and win under Portrait Rights, Diffamation, and stuff like that. Especially if you purposefully publish it (online for example) even though you had time to censor it, or if the individual being in the picture is not an accident but instead the aim of it, or if it can be argued that the picture is causing harm in any way to the subject.

In short if you go to the Comiket to take pictures of gross trannies and then publish the pictures online to laugh at them, you could very well be sued for several things. Like all civil suits it's nebulous and will depends on how victimized you can pretend to be and the mood of the judge.
A lot of things are not illegal in Japan but if you can argue in civil court in front of a judge that you have been harmed directly or indirectly, you can get damages out of it. This is why it is standard to censor face and voice in many cases, if the individual can be identified through your content and can argue that he or she had a loss of reputation of means because of it, you can be sued for damages.

Of course this is not a common thing, but all it takes is one litigious asshole.

All i can think of reading this.
You walk through Kabukichō and see this. What do you do?
Go to Roppongi instead and into one of the gaijin clubs, where you actually have a chance of getting it on with a slant girl. Or activate my Heat action to beat one girl with another girl :story:

Different laws regarding privacy. Same laws as here in Germany and other european countries. US is an outlier with stuff like 1-party consent regarding filming or recording in some states.
