Now the ad revenue stream is getting taxed 3-4 times for no reason. Congrats, you played yourself out of tens of thousands of dollars annually because it "feels gross" (more likely he has no fucking idea what he's talking about and is operating with a severe misunderstanding of taxes and 501(c) tax filings)

That's tax fraud. What he described, moving revenue from one business to the other to avoid taxes is
criminal tax fraud.
My professional opinion is that this faggot brought this idea to a CPA and they said "hey that's illegal as fuck" so since he couldn't get away with tax fraud he said fuck it to the whole idea of setting up a charity.
EDIT: to say he's 100% moving money around from the ferret stream. If it was a 501(c) filing we could pull his 990 expense reports that charities are obligated to file, then we could see where all the money is going. Setting it up as a "for profit" business allows him to obscure many things, including revenue streams, and moving money around at will.
