Maldy stopped posting those shitty fake fatherly advice shorts and transitioned into pure gaming content and "le chat is goblin energy!!!!!" shit. Obviously he doesn't have the brainpower or life experience to generate that insincere advice on the spot. So instead, maybe he hasn't had enough time to prewrite any more fortune cookie lines, since he's been so busy giving himself autofellatio live on stream. But why would he even have that fatherly advice shtick in the first place? My guess: It hides his real and unsavory personality and gets him into people's good graces, so it's developed into a habit. And the funny thing is that pathological liars have well-documented habits.

Whenever they invent a lie, they memorize every last tiny bit of the lie. Like with the Tommy Tallarico vs. Roblox for the oof sound copyright incident several years back, you can track down a habitual liar's history through the years and spot them repeating the exact same things word-for-word. Tallarico had that line about loving his grandma or whatever, Maldy has the line about working at Blizzard for 7 years. Habitual liars learn to do this because they know that they need to keep their story straight, but simultaneously develop the story the exact same way so that they can wield it like a tool. So they memorize every last word, keep every intonation perfect. A sharpened tool for stabbing people in the back. Even now with the way he responds to SKG comments by reading out a prewritten paragraph on his second monitor, he's using the exact habits of a pathological liar.

Because of that habit, I believe that he's never sincerely earned someone's trust in his entire life. The only thing Maldy has ever hacked is people's hearts, exactly like with his DEFCON badge where he gamed the game itself by pretending to be one of the event organizers. It's sad and hilarious how truly scummy he is.

So be sure to be on the lookout for Maldy repeating the same things over and over again. It might just be a lie in plain sight, it might just be his bad habits shining through - like pearlescent, shimmering soy milk in a shiny aluminum bowl for us to lap up.

I think Ross and others were taken in too much by gaslighting and concern trolling. The actual video where he announced the million signatures was somewhat a bummer for what was a momentous milestone most people had written off thanks in part to Mald's "contribution" to the initiative. I reckon the initiative is safe signature-wise now. That doesn't mean to stop collecting or gathering signatures but I think even when the false ones are taken out it'd still be sitting comfortably over a million.
