I'm only getting sent links to this stuff as of this morning, but looking at his social media he's been an object of derision for a good long time. Why didn't he have a thread?

I have no idea where to post this really, but there's more.

His request for pussy anti venom was refused by at least one zoo, who said they had a limited amount and needed it for their own professional handlers.

found on reddit, he's got a good history apparently:

He's gone into renal failure and his 14 snakes were euthanized with the blessing of his father, according to the Instagram comments. Poor snakes.

His bitter jealousy over Joey Josselson's (CallMeTheLamp) minor YT success is pretty funny though. He's up there with FishinGarrett where you watch his posts just to marvel that he's still somehow alive.

ETA: Oof, CallMeTheLamp has responded. AT LEAST NOT JEFF :hah:

he had some kind of wildcat as a pet too- it's also been seized. those cats are a lot of work, I'm glad it's in better hands.

I am fairly certain he posted that anti venom was for pussies just about a week ago.

How did this moron get his hands on an inland taipan, anyway? They're Australian, and they're the most venomous snake on the planet. You're not allowed to export any live native animal out of Australia to have as a pet, save for a few parrots (budgies, sulphur-crested cockatoos, cockatiels, etc.). I can't fathom how this would ever make it through customs.

He'll probably survive, they can just use regular tapian antivenom. I expect he'll need a kidney transplant, though.

He has a YouTube channel, named after his pet serval - another animal that shouldn't be kept as a pet, let alone inside your house.

It isn't housebroken.

It's broken into the room where he keeps all of his venomous snakes before.

And as of ten days ago, it has an infection.

People who keep venomous snakes deserve what they get.
I kept a python for several years and got bit multiple times just cleaning or feeding it, pretty much every snake owner will say they have been bit by even the most placid snakes now add venom into the mix and its only a matter of when it will happen because no matter how cautious you are the snake is not a domesticated animal who will do what you want especially when dangling it on a fucking metal stick and shoving it into a bag or bucket.

As for the Inland Taipan fuck him for having one, either it was smuggled out of Australia or a bred from one smuggled out.
Hope everyone involved dies bleeding out their anus.

I wouldn't be surprised if he did, although I'll defer to @Dyn's abbo wisdom on his survival odds. It wasn't just the taipan; the idiot had a boomslang, a black mamba, an Egyptian cobra, a Gaboon viper, a death adder, two forest cobras, a few rattlesnakes... there's tempting fate, and then there's twisting its arm.

The taipan seems very young - they're about 6-8 ft long when fully grown. I expect that would be his saving grace if he does pull through.

If he's on a respirator and his kidneys already shut down he's about as seriously envenomed as he can possibly get. There's just not much it can do to finish him off if he's already on life support in a hospital, unless his heart completely gives out.

I think he'll survive but he'll spend months in hospital and be permanently fucked from the experience.

I don't understand the appeal of keeping dangerous wild animals like this as pets. You're not going to get any genuine affection from them, and it's not like you're giving them any genuine affection in return by taking them out of their natural habitat and keeping them caged up indoors. They're just a terrible accident waiting to happen, and it could just as easily be an innocent bystander who gets hurt as the moron responsible for keeping them.

he lost that cat? I wish I'd discovered this guy sooner
Honestly a lot of animal youtubers especially ones below like 100k are awful pet owners. who at least suck at keeping animals and often own too many and at most flatout neglect or abuse them for content.

I'm surprised there isnt a general Pettuber thread since it often gets touched upon in the animal breeder horror thread with the SMASHED AND SLAMMED dogs

That is probably one of the greatest names for a cat ever. It's unfortunate it's owned by such a retard and is already in serious danger due to retardation.

I wondered why taipan facts were getting boosted in my Facebook feed. Must be this guy. Classic ol' idiot earning a Darwin award, it's like 90's are back!

I don't like snakes, I consider them to be the biggest assholes of the animal kingdom. Never gotten along with one and I don't see the point of having them as pets.

That being said: if this guy smuggled in a bunch of dangerous snakes for the purpose of grifting while taking terrible care of them (just so they could get put down), that sucks and they didn't deserve that.
