ADDED July 10, 2017: I do not draw or do any artwork of same-sex couples of any kind and will leave some LGBT characters out of my artwork (One of my few exceptions is Luna Loud. I will continue to draw her but not with Sam and not doing anything sexual or anything I find inappropriate even if others don't find it inappropriate.) Mind you, I am not a homophobic, I do not hate gay people, lesbians, bisexuals, or transexuals for the same reasons I don't hate people of other religions (including atheists and agnostics) or their political views, people of different nationalities, cultures, races, or anyone else, they're still people and they should STILL be loved and respected and treated like anyone else. I just cannot support, approve of, or be any part of their lifestyle. But I still love and respect you regardless of what you are (this doesn't mean I'm going to be your friend, I also don't intend to be your enemy, but I won't hate you, I'll still love you and respect you.) And I won't stop listening to singers like Elton John or George Michael just because they're gay, unless they're songs are inappropriate.
And I do not encourage you to tell me your sexual orientation, that is NONE of my business. In fact I'd rather you not tell me please.
So please DO NOT ask me to draw gay couples or exaggerated gay couples (I mean people who are not gay or may not be but are made to look like they are.) I would not feel comfortable doing that and my conscience won't let me. I will be very selective of who I do artwork of and who I do not (that means NO drawings of Harold or Howard from me for absolutely any reason, not even with good intentions, I'm staying away from them and that's my final decision. I know they're still people and they're just cartoon characters, but I think it's best I just not draw them or have any pictures of them or anyone like them at all even if they're by themselves. As I said, Luna will be one of my few exceptions. Richie from Static Shock may also be an exception.)
I DID NOT say any of this to cause any controversy and I did not say this to cause divisions between anyone and do not wish to, everyone has a right to their views so please respect each other's views and my decisions. But I have my limits and have things I will not allow myself to do regardless of other's opinions.

I still feel funny about reading about a demon causing the Corona Virus and I still felt a little uncomfortable, but I can tell you the positives. You wrote the story way better than I could have, I like how the story flowed, it seemed accurate and I felt sorry for the characters having to be couped up and unable to do things like go out, visit friends, go to the library etc. I know what it's like to be cooped up in one place and I hate that, and to be deprived of things I want.
I'll admit I do watch some Disney movies like The Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Aladdin, etc, those don't bother my conscience very much although they have villians with occultic powers, plus I play some video games like Kirby's Adventure and Kirby's Dream Land 2 (in one game the main villain is a nightmare and in another is another main villain called "Dark Matter," who posesses Kirby's arch enemy King Dedede.)
And I am sorry I upset you and disappointed you. But you have to understand that I'm not going to be comfortable engaging in many things that have to do with or are mainly about occultism/spiritism such as devination (seeing into the future, foretune-telling,) tarot-cards, magic (other than Fairly Odd Parents and Aladdin, like for instance I don't watch Card Captors) astrology, palmastry, mind-reading, and some other things I can list (I also don't believe in martial arts or yoga.)
As Jehovah's Witnesses, we have to abstain from such things because according to the scriptures, we believe such things come from evil spirits, Angels that were once faithful to the true God, but then rebelled against him. And because of that, they are now not allowed to be part of God's family anymore and are now condemned to destruction.
And we as Jehovah's Witnesses also believe any and all interaction with wicked spirits, direct or even indirect, is dangerous and displeasing to Jehovah God, and I certainly want absolutely no part in that! Not only do we own any spiritistic paraphernallia but we don't own books on it, music recordings on it, videos and movies, etc, we keep that stuff out of our homes and we don't listen to stories about such things.
So I wasn't turning down your story to be mean, I would never do that, although I'm not always going to feel like reading your fanfics or looking at your work for personal reasons, not necessarily because of my religious beliefs and my Bible-trained conscience, but I did it to protect myself and not to bring reproach on Jehovah's name, which I admit I've done before and it doesn't feel good! And people watch and observe us as Jehovah's Witnesses and observe everything we do and there are some people out there that are trying to discredit us and if they see us doing something we shouldn't or something they think we shouldn't, they go and report it. And there are people trying to bring down Jehovah's Witnesses and there are some who tell lies about us and about our God.
Again, I don't expect you to agree with this but please understand this about me and my fellow Jehovah's Witnesses. And believe me, we do believe in recreation and entertainment, otherwise again I wouldn't be here on DA if we didn't, but we believe in wholesome recreation and wholesome entertainment. And contrary to popular belief, we do have fun, we just try to have the right kind of it!
I'll share one more thing, at least we're allowed to eat pork and eat meat and cheese in the same meals unlike Trump's Chosen People, and we are allowed to eat meat on Fridays, and we don't have to fast or observe Ramadan, and thank goodness too because I like to eat whenever I want! We're also allowed to have alcohol but in moderation and not to get drunk, and we're even allowed to drink coffee, unlike the mormons.
There are things some other religions forbid that even we are allowed to do. Plus we do not collect tithes or pass collection plates, we do not charge anyone for spiritual help, it's all free and donations are voluntary.
I hope this helps. And normally I would and should use the Bible to talk about all this but since you don't believe in it, I decided not to include any scriptures in this conversation.
Him being a Jehovah witness kinda makes him weird and unwilling to accept new things.
