@jenffer a jay Unplug the unit, cover it so light doesn't reach the plate, give it a minute and then plug it back in and turn it on. Depending on the model, that might make it do a recalibration. If that doesn't work, let's hear the specific make and model and we can keep digging.

Or you could just call this your 'colorful phase'.
