Are all the flagged videos getting hit with this same cause, 'inauthentic content'? That suggests that the bar for it to go through is significantly lower than other report causes, and Jer was likely coached on it by his contact. Had the appeal already been closed, that'd be one thing. Again I lean towards my tinfoil theory of bribery, because I genuinely cannot understand why a YouTube rep, someone in-house, would actively take part in arguing over the merits of keeping a channel banned -- these don't tend to be people who really get themselves invested in things, nevermind the fact that the 0->100 termination is still extremely unusual.

Like with ComfyUI, it all depends on the model(s) you are using in regards to your GPU even with Stable Diffusion. VRAM is more important than the raw processing power of your video card with AI and that is what you need to put more focus on when buying one for it. Don't get me wrong with saying that, it is nice to have that extra horse power to chew through iterations quicker but most people tend to hit the limits of their VRAM, especially with the newer models now available. That was my problem with the type of content I am working towards producing which is why I upgraded from my Radeon 6800 XT to a 7900 XTX.

You can use quantized or quantized GGUF versions of models to mitigate some of the VRAM issues/concerns but when they are quantized it is necessary to remove context and training. So, you can reach a point where you've gone too small and lose things that could be considered basic functionality.

We have evidence that the WI Bull is wealthy and involved in several professional and sexual networks that likely also involve other wealthy and high-profile people. Jer comes from money himself and clearly knows people in the industry despite his gangrenous personality. It's not unreasonable to suspect that Jer or the Bull know someone involved in the lifestyle who also is a high-level employee or has connections to someone who does, and the incentive to stick together and shoot any witnesses is a lot stronger when you're playing hot potato with your wives, because reputation matters more and gets you more in wealthy social circles than almost anything else [can always make more money, can never buy your reputation].
There's also the distinct possibility that Adam Sellers might be afraid of some retroactive consent accidents when these women/their husbands find out he didn't disclose his violent criminal history before being allowed into their homes and their wives.

ETA: This guy has the most anoying vocal tic I've heard in a long time: "you know". It drove me insane within three minutes. It's bad enough that he averages 15+ uses per VIDEO. Also, for those who think that Jeremy is getting his "lie on my name" BS from Fatigue-Americans, he's not. He's picked it up from Melonie Mac, who said it first during this whole drama. I suspect part of the reason (other than the money) that she is so ride-or-die with Hamtaro here is that he's love/money-bombing her behind the scenes and they've been talking a lot (hence the echolalia). She's his last fantasy maybe-Princess, so he has incentive to try harder to keep her around, and she doesn't have any other options career-wise, which has her already primed to be agreeable to his version of the truth.
