Jer had a few call ins for a couple months. It was usually only 1-2 people because that's how many people were watching live, but it did happen. Most of the people were as you expect, sounding and asking questions that would interest Luke, but it was usually when he wasn't on, so it was pretty retarded. Half the time Jer was having to 1-2 people to stop calling to give other people a chance, but there was no one else. It's kinda boring talk but there is some kino if anyone wants to search. My pain meds make it hard to filter through all this shit

The gingerbread comp did happen as well. There's a few pics on here of the entries. Kinda embarrassing though 30yr old manchilds cooking this shit.

I think part of why that one got taken down is that the nutter wrote her own (awful) music for it. The way the DMCA covers "fair use" of music is much more strict than their usual splicing, and she's the exclusive rightsholder (rather than having licensed it). You can get away with interspersed cuts from big films with commentary over them, but god help you if you use eight seconds of a copyrighted song in your video. Youtube's automated system will immediately flag it and slap you with demonetization (though this is separate from someone lodging a DMCA complaint)

They also probably didn't want to deal with the headache of dealing with her. Considering the episode has been on Odysee since basically the moment it got pulled, she was obviously trying to ride on their coattails, too. I also don't remember if youtube pulled that one or if they pulled it themselves.

By contrast with Jer, there hasn't been a clear reason given (at least to non-involved parties) as to the actual grounds for the channel's termination, or what it was in contrivance of. The ban evasion avenue is just the one that seems like it would make the most sense, since it's kindof a zero-tolerance offense.

One thing I'm not sure: how much does Heather know about the way Jeremy speaks of her publicly? It's one thing that the marriage is dead and they've agreed to open the relationship, but that does mean she's okay with him speaking in public about the way her vagina smells or about how he wants to put a belly in every woman he meets ? I think that one of the reasons that he wants all talk about him being shut down is because he's been able to keep these embarrassing comments away from her (I'm assuming she's not a fan and doesn't watch his content at all), and he fears that if the current situation keeps going, one day she's going to find out about them (through a girlfriend or just watching shit on YouTube), and afterwards she'll divorce his ass, taking away what little real wealth he has left.

At this point, unless we can crowdfund a P.I to get inside into both of those "buisness adressess" for him to end up finding a coffee packaging operation, I'm convinced that Coffee Brand Coffee is entirely dropshipped and the packaging is handled in Arizona by some unknown third party.

For some reason I can't reply but excellent effort post Mike Stocklasas Spock Ears , so from what I gather it is definitive that CBC no longer uses Mill Creek Coffee or any of their previous warehouses or distributors in Utah, and it's possible they have a warehouse in Arizona. Regardless of if they do or don't, their coffee is now dropshipped YouTube garbage, to quote ham beast himself. It is indisputable. And they are almost certainly fraudulently filing paperwork and breaking consumer protection and advertising laws. I demand a lolsuit.
