its been really nice having jerma stream again but with him streaming more frequently post OffBrand closing and him running ads ever hour or so... im wondering if Jerma somehow lost money on the whole OffBrand thing?? if maybe he invested some of his own money into it and lost out??

Either that or he's bored without a "real" job. I would be a little surprised if he's doing it because he needs money, he made a fuck ton over the years and if he had invested a chunk of it he would probably be set for a long time. Maybe @nibbus is right that he personally got burned on the offbrand fiasco though.
Whatever the reason, I'm very glad he's streaming consistently.

i think he said as much a while ago, that the branch of off-brand that he was working/volunteering for got dissolved for unknown reasons and i think he implied that he was no longer working with offbrand because of that

His laundry store simulator stream was good. I watched it on YouTube without chat and unless I missed it, he didn't interact with any annoying messages. Very cozy stream to have on in the background while you do something else.

Some good recent streams - Ster + Dark Souls 3 randomizer and The Long Drive sequel with the Four Horsemen were a lot of fun, highly recommended. Too chaotic for him to read much chat.

I checked in on his stream tonight (some terrible Sims knockoff) and chat was horrific - Trans Visiblity flags, people complaining about AI in the game. He ignored it almost entirely,

Not sure what his specific health issues are but I think that's why he looks like he does and avoids facecam - at one point he laughed really hard and mentioned being in actual pain because of it, like in a "I can't do that again" way.

Jerma's chat is the absolute worst on Twitch. It's unfortunate that he can't/won't do anything about the tranny bullshit but that's just the way it is. At least he doesn't humor them much, I can only recall a couple times where they forced him to say heckin trans rights or whatever.

Jerma is Vinny if he dared engage with his chat. Most of the jokes are from his chat. Vinny however, at best, will say "CHAT SAYS-" and then turn the joke around to be his fabrication.

That however has bitten Jermy in the ass cause now his chat dominates his brand and it's all hugbox and troon-enabling. Unironically, the Vinesauce shroom has been a staple plushie for furries I've met my entire life whereas Jerma has now taken that over. It's sad, really, especially since his streams of random old games are great still.

I can stand someone I watch having a terrible community, but what sucks so bad now is how some of his best content used to play off the interaction with chat, which is impossible if he (understandably) refuses to engage with it. I watched some of his more recent streams, and while comfy like the laundry store one, they feel a bit low-energy or like not much is happening. I did enjoy this one though and I hope he plays more horror games because they kind of draw out his "old self" in a way:

I can understand having some legitimate grievances with Inzoi as far as being soulless gook ai slop is concerned. but OF COURSE the real problem for these people is "no hecking gay options?? On tranny CHRISTMAS??" Like Jerma should give one iota of a fuck about that.

i fear jerma will always be at least okay with the tranny spam, i mean his ex gf was doing the whole 'she/they' bullshit towards the end of their relationship and has now gone full non-binary gender queer retard. if jerma entertained that shit in his personal life, i don't think it's gonna bothers him in his professional one, sadly.
if anything, the spam in chat might bother him, but i don't think the subject matter of the spam matters to him though, just the fact that it makes chat impossible to interact with
