Actually "Dark Mother" is a reference to Anita Sarkeesian. It's a meme that was started by youtuber ContraPoints and Jerry is still using it even after Contra stopped because some fan said it was creepy to talk about a real person that way and something something objectification and so Contra dropped it.

I love how Lord Ryder is totally cool with blowing up schools and hospitals (two places Jerry no doubt hates for bullying him and diagnosing him with the ‘tism respectively) But cares about ‘human morals’ revolving around shit like gay marriage and transgender bathrooms.

To Lord Ryder it’s very important to respect the identity of people before he kills them.
