This constant insistence that Gardevoir is cool has worn down it's worth.
Anyway I don't care she scared the kids, I mean how often does that happen in other media let's be honest. But I do have an interesting theory.
I watched a video on this guy called Smurf in Hand who made a bunch of fanfiction about baby Smurfs being tortured, and when people would accused him of being a degenerate, his defense would always be that it's the people in the story who are doing the bad things, not him.
But I also noticed, the Smurfs in the stories were supposedly irresistible and all that, like literally everyone would molest them for kicks. Except when the protagonist does it, it's fine.
And I notice Lily pulls the same stunt, everyone in her story is predatory towards Gardevoirs, cept her. Yet when she has the thing rape her in her sleep or make out with her in her dreams, the power dynamic argument she keeps making is ignored. And let's not forget, these Gardevoirs are so attractive and irresistible that everyone grooms them.

Even if it was Lizzy, I don't think she's being sincere. She might've just caved in order to try and get Lily to stop slandering her at every possible moment. I don't blame her, honestly.

Maybe Lily realized how much she'd fucked up by sending her fans to essentially bully her ex off of the website, and also by saying stuff like
"I was assaulted by police after Lizzy sent them to accost me for attempting suicide" and also "there are messages that exist between me and Lizzy that prove what I'm saying" and then never posting said messages
So she just decided to cease the hatred campaign for a while.
