This is just bait at this point, but, whatever. In fairness I guess, the parry system was never good, it relies on exploiting janky animations and I-frames and once you figure it out the games are pretty much broken. I think Sekiro came the closest to making it work because just parrying an enemy isn't enough to kill them, you have to break their posture.
But it conveys nothing to just say the parry system, and the parry system wasn't made to "seem clever", it gives both enemies and the player an equal amount of agency. It's why Skeletons are so dangerous in every Dark Souls game, they can fucking parry you just by guarding.
But this is a major mechanic in the game compared to a Boss' faulty moveset from Kingdom Hearts and a random pickup from WoW. I'm surprised she has nothing bad to say about Pokemon considering how she literally has to cheat just to be able to enjoy the games the way she wants.

To be fair, The rose thing was an ingredient in flasks (Stat buff items for high end content) and was one of those things that was "Oh okay." the first time it happened..and "JESUS CHRIST FUCK OFF" the 10th and you couldn't ever learn a skill that makes it stop happening. It is like Abra teleporting in Pokemon, it is amusing the first time when you don't know what an Abra is and aren't looking to catch it..but when you want to catch an Abra it is going to make you want to gun down Professor Oak for his shitty pokeballs.

It's sucks because Lily is absolutely correct in a lot of her opinions on leftist spaces like Breadtube and the media they like to parade as "progress"
The problem is that A.) She does that exact same thing on what she is trying to critique Or B.) She thinks something sucks because it didn't push her agenda far enough, rather than thinking that maybe, the inherent agenda was bad for the get-go
So while she's isn't wrong with her criticisms of Lindsay or Contra, it all comes across as "I do the same thing and I'm not as popular, so I hate her" rather than genuine problems
It all comes across as some sorta weird version of a troll shielding

I mean, only in her warped, bizarre headcanon is this even anywhere near remotely likely. Again, I can't help but feel this is super hardcore deflection at the fact that Sylvanas is currently playing a part in Anduin's mind control in actually happening canon WoW. "Oh, Sylvanas is mind controlling Anduin? Well in my story it's Anduin that's doing the mind control! Oh, and not only that, but he's going to RAPE Anevay! Man, what an evil bastard he is!"
Also, "it was Anduin's bread and butter" is, surprise, factually false. We've only seen him use Mind Control once, and he used it to escape from SI:7 agents in Pandaria. Nothing malicious, and the control was broken after, like, maybe a minute at most. I guess in Lily's headcanon he's a fucking deviant that uses it left and right.
God this is fucking disgusting.

Conditioning is mind control, just a different form. Bucky Barnes was conditioned, and in his activated state he has no control.
Also, love how she glosses over the fact that Koltira was "imprisoned" so that he could be tortured and forced to serve Sylvanas.
And she explicitly says in that comic "In the end they will serve death. They will serve me." If that isn't saying "i'm gonna force them to be loyal to me" I don't know what is.
