Anyone who doesn't immediately bend the knee to Lily or opposes her in any way is either a nag or "sanctimonious" (in regards to a certain cartoon boy, among others). It's fascinating how someone with so little to say has the ego she does.
Then she goes on a big tirade about how Sun & Moon would have been the best Pokemon game ever if you were able to play as Lily, because then you'd be playing as someone that just escaped their abusive mother and every decision you make in the game would have the purpose of helping GameLily to get away from her mother/establish her own identity. And if you'd play as the abuse victim it would make sense for everyone talking gently to you and holding your hand trough everything – quote: "bc you're literally needing other people fort he first time and they now this and they get this."
I assume 'Lily' instead of 'Lillie' is a Freudian slip. (Also wow, Lily has a low opinion of abuse survivors-- there's a difference between being understanding and being infantalizing. Then again, that's what she wants, isn't it? She claims constantly to be the victim of abuse so of course she's allowed to be an asshole but everybody else should be gentle and understanding about everything she does because she had to do homework in school.)
So I actually don't disagree with Lily in this specific regard; Sun and Moon has a really good story, but it's happening to other characters. The player basically wanders in to a family drama and stands gormlessly in the background while it unfolds, then arbitrarily resolves it themselves, making an awkward situation where you are just a bystander to the main plot but the people actually involved in the plot don't resolve it on their own, making your presence feel arbitrary and their character arcs feel incomplete.
She is very right in that being Lillie or Gladion would substantially elevate the story. It's the same issue with Sword and Shield, too; Hop is the character that actually has an arc and a lot of the game's narrative problems (not all, but some) would be resolved if you WERE in Hop's position, constantly overshadowed by your Champion of an older brother. (And if Leon were the one to tutorialize at you the well-meaning patronizing would also make a lot more sense.)
That said, you might notice that in both of these proposals, the problem is NOT that the protagonist is silent. The problem is that Game Freak, in trying to tell more complex stories, did so by telling them through secondary characters and making your protagonist some schmuck that just wanders into the plot.
The frustrating thing is that there's no reason for this to have happened, either. Black and White tell one of the best Pokemon stories with a silent protagonist by making sure you are constantly involved. Even with such a broad secondary cast with even the Gym Leaders being directly involved in the plot, your character still matters. You're still interacting with the antagonists. You are important to the plot despite the character never uttering a word. Nothing would be improved in Black and White by having your character speak.
This isn't just pertinent to Pokemon, either; how would any given Legend of Zelda be improved if Link had a speaking role? Would Chrono Trigger be an even more universally beloved classic if Crono spoke? Hell, we've seen what happens with the stoic Samus is given a vocalized personality and it was awful. Games in particular, where a lot of a character's personality is technically projected through your gameplay interactions rather than strictly through the story, don't necessarily need or want a strictly-defined character.
Lily isn't really wrong that the problem is that the protagonist doesn't feel like a protagonist in these games, but to blame it on them not talking is entirely the wrong issue. Sloppy writing is.
S/V actually fixed a lot of this by making your character's involvement in the branched plots feel organic and important while still focusing more on other characters to convey the dialogue, but I'm guessing that this isn't actually what Lily's problem is. Funny that she says this:

(Just to be clear, there's a difference between critiquing media by understanding what it's trying to accomplish and why it does things the way it does and just saying 'make it something different'. Pokemon can be improved within the structure it set up for itself. It doesn't need to become a completely different game because YOU have some weird emotional fixation.)

The highlight of this stream is someone in chat bringing up Sketchy liking NSFW art of a underage Sonic character and how Lily tried to underplay this. First saying that he didn't like anything of the sort, then that if he did he did so without thinking and that the person shouldn't have come to her but to Sketchy so he could unlike that porn he definitely didn't look for. Oh but also, it likely was just someone impersonating him.
Also her explaining her refusal of bottom surgery, trashtalking EOT and getting mad at somneone for using THICC to describe pancakes.
