He's trying to say that there are people (read: probably Jerry himself and only Jerry) that "think" that America was just as evil as Nazi Germany in WW2 and that the people who made that claim were Nazis.
So he's using this to compare Hilary vs Trump, saying Hilary is not the evil one and that the only people who say so are all white supremicist racist Neo-Nazis because Trump.
This was just his flavortext way of saying the same shit he's been saying the last couple of weeks.

Jesus, I'm pretty damn liberal and Jerry's shilling for Hillary actually kind of goes against what most liberal progressives (the real ones) would actually stand for, since Hillary is the antithesis of liberal values and is clearly reinforcing the establishment and status quo. So not only is Jerry a straight man who is a transtrender that fetishizes and objectifies lesbians and an SJW, he's also advocating for a politician that clearly goes against actual progressive ideology and is quite frankly conservative as fuck in much of her actual views.
