Dead air and Quarantine grumbles and that annoying throat "HMM" she does. Standard stream until things go wrong.Here's the whole shebang.
Her ISP is a reseller that offers discounted internet from Eastlink. They buy from them in bulk and resell. So, when she has an issue, she'll have to contact CityWide ( which has no 24/7 support ) who in turn has to contact Eastlink if it's an actual issue with the service. So, I don't know why she expects great quality or great support.
Did a little digging.
For that bit rate, it's no wonder she's having problems at peak times.
But when chat tries to help she just can't handle it.
