Holy crap. I literally googled him the other day for shits and giggles. Wasn't Dave Holmes (I think that's his name) the runner up? And he stayed with MTV and other networks much, much longer.

Yup. Still has a gig at FX doing one of their random movie things where they show Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer a grip.

Back to the topic a week or so ago I read something about Jesse Camp on AV Club. Twas a fun read.

I don't know if anime character on meth would be the right phrase. Maybe something along the lines of weeaboo OC on meth. As for pants, I think he might be wearing pants but the angle of his pose looks rather off. The article posted by OP does mention he made a visit to a meth lab and a religious cult so perhaps the meth phrase would be rather fitting.
