I just got back from the slave dimension. Inflation had really hit them hard, can barely afford anything there now.
 
The power is passed from father to son in Jewish families. They must sacrifice their own child to show their loyalty. They can then use the power to capture people and put them into a sick place like this, entering and leaving through a portal or other means, if they wish, beating / raping / killing their victims. It is the biggest secret: using alien / Atlantean technology to harm other Humans. They become possessed when they do this.
