When JF is talking about how there won't be any more "attacks" against him or "the family" from Elora, that's what he's referring to. JF sees himself as innocent in this, his technique of stonewalling Elora and not talking to her he saw as a clever strategy and sees himself as the victim. But his controlling behaviour, not letting her tell the world that she's a mother, not let her leave the house, him telling her that she isn't living up to her "vow" to him of "being reproductive" if she doesn't want another child with him, it's not registering in his mind like it would a normal person. He believes punishing her, including confining her or putting her outside in the cold are for her own good.

Remember they admit they're "boomers" when it comes to tech. Someone sent them this tip it seems, but I think to show it, they have upscaled a screenshot of a YouTube video, which that video was not just re-encoded, it was originally of a screen recording of an upscaled Odysee video. So that's why it looks like shit. If you want to get a good look (as good as you can get) I suggest you download the video on Odysee in the highest quality, don't upscale and slow the speed down and replay it a few times while pausing. There is discolouration, it's not just some trick of the light. A red spot near older knuckle bruises suggest repeated trauma. You have to really look though and it's only for brief moments, like there is another small bruise on her inner thigh as well. I think what's happened is they did get solid information from someone who is eagle eyed, but presented it in their boomer way, had shared it with other boomers who start to think that a shadow on her inner elbow joint, hey this could be another bruise. It weakens overall credibility. Mixing this with their unfounded pharma drug theories while presenting it doesn't help either.

Rocky is promoting this theory of hers that cadaver dogs will find evidence at the property because she thinks it's a slam dunk. But this approach seems premature and potentially flawed. If you hit and miss at this stage, forget the monetary cost, you're tipping off the suspects too. I don't think she's thought that far ahead. Like when she's doing things like sharing the investigating police officer's name just because she didn't get a reply, you have to wonder how she handles other information. Her lack of discretion and tendency to brag about potential leads could be making it harder for the authorities to do their job. One thing I noticed was the reaction in the chat didn't go over too well when she did share that guy's name and some of those people weren't in the chat this week. It might be a coincidence though. I'm not entirely sure what the "it's been three weeks" comment of hers was about, I can only guess that she's just annoyed she never heard anything back for three weeks from the officer but I don't think this is the way to deal with that.
While it's appreciated that Rocky is pushing for updates on the case, I have to wonder if her methods may be doing more harm than good. A more cautious and discreet approach might be more effective in bringing Elora's case to a resolution. And I say that with no love for the RCMP, they may have dropped the ball here too, but Rocky going to kick said ball around because she's annoyed is just going to take a bad situation and make it worse. Like when she talks about getting a PI, let's say for arguments sake that PI finds out some things that the police already know about but have been sitting on (to patiently build their case and wait until they have enough). That would then mean she would need to keep her mouth shut for potentially years and she may have spent quite a sum on this. But she's already sharing the officer's name because she didn't get a reply in 3 weeks? Do you see my concern here? We also don't know the full story regarding how they got that house video either. I'd be having a hard time believing the person who sent that said yeah sure, you just share that if JF insults you. It may not have been intended for a wider audience, and my hunch for that is how her friend didn't show up when they showed it initially on their livestream and let Rocky just rant and play it. Time will tell anyway, if they are burning bridges in this way then I'd expect their leads to just dry up. Which may actually help the case. If there's anyone lurking in the thread who finds something significant, send that shit to the police first, not housewives in Alberta.
