Edit: Apparently he was on JFK'S campaign team. In fact he was a personal advisor to JFK during the campaign. He is also directly responsible for Oswald returning to the US. Funny how that works.

The TLDR is

So this document attests that a KGB biological warfare specialist named Yuri Ivanovich Moskalev going under the pseudonym “Saul” was a well known hit man in the Intel community with a history in Cuba, Mexico, and West Germany. He was hired by the CIA to kill JFK and met up with Oswald in Mexico, framed Oswald’s gun as the one that did the shooting, and then fled to Havana within 2 hours of killing Kennedy.

The CIA later sent him to a radiated area to give him cancer so he would die without being connected to all of it.

Is there any proof Lee or Harvey Oswald was in Mexico in these files? I’ve been looking for 30 years and there’s nothing that shows he was actually there. Also I’d caution everyone not to take anything in these releases at face value. That should go without saying. They were trying very hard to connect ‘LHO’ to Cuba for obvious reasons.
ETA if anyine finds reference to a defector program in Nags Head NC in there, please post it. It’s been mentioned over the years but again I’ve found nothing. Very much appreciated.

Why on earth was the CIA interested in producing a theatrical version of George Orwell's Animal Farm?....Was the CIA really that desperate for anti-communist propaganda? Famously they rewrote the ending so that the animals rise up against the pigs and humans instead of just realizing they can no longer tell the difference and getting sad about it.

The "Saul/Moskalev" file is very interesting. Specifically the thoughts about the McDonald books story about "Saul", and it's veracity.

There is a part that talks about "Saul" planting a bullet to tie Oswalds rifle to the shooting, saying the existence of "CE No.399" proves the existence of a conspiracy.

I don't mean to rain on your parade, but the document you have there literally discusses how Cubans were the ones who killed JFK. What's most interesting is they were a cell in Chicago, which is where a lot of Democrat heavy-hitters have come from for a long time (e.g. Barack Obama). It deserves to be asked how many commie agents originate from there.
