I'm still not convinced Jim is dying but this new stream should clear things up. I don't expect him to show his cancer ridden body on video but if he is literally dying then you should hear it in his voice. People on browed time both look and sound like it.

To be fair, I was quite late to the Metokur bandwagon but I enjoyed his streams and I thought he ended while he was still ahead, even if the call-in segment callers (and also, his rabid fans) were beyond cringe.
While he has lots to talk about, I don't know how I feel about his "last" stream. Being in the lot of pain he should be in, I don't see how it would be enjoyable for the average viewer to see this.
On the other hand, his fans seems to be keen to throw money at him and the tentation to milk the cow(s) is understandable, especially if he has a wife to provide for.

Jim enjoyed streaming. He was good at it. But he didn't want to keep on doing it while he was on the decline. He wanted to go out on an OK note.
But like Mersch he is financially forced to dance-monkey-dance in order to pay his bills.
On the flip side, there are probably many people in similar situations to Jim who don't have the option the stream in order to flip a few extra bills their way.

I wonder how this will turn out. If there's anything I hate, it's continuances after a perfect ending (as gay as that sounds given the context). He stopped streaming on his terms, just as the year ended, the winter of his streaming career, if you will.
