I can tell you about Cantorian set theory but I can't tell you whether "Non-Cantorian set theory without tertium exclusi, tansfinite fractions and infinite sentences" is gibberish or not. Sounds like it could be a thing, but sounds like someone showing off fancy words they know. Interesting he put Russell into an anecdote - certainly a noteworthy event if it took place but an odd thing for an avowed Christian to invent as validation for themselves.

The point is it follows a trajectory of someone who's familiar enough with the pseudo-mysticism of mathematics and philosophy to put on the correct airs, but most of the posts are (obviously) mangled gibberish. He's done enough reading to give him some feeling of security in declaring himself above us maggots though. Some other observations - it hardly needs to be said but the constant boasting of an absurd number of 'conquests' of women when nobody even called him a forever alone yet.
