I hope so, too. Feels incoming: the thing about being a teenager is you have time to make mistakes and figure things out. It is a bit soul-crushing to see a teenager identify as a baby-fur or even as a straight up pedophile. I just want to shake them and say "stop letting these people convince you this is ok!!! get out while your brain is still capable of forming healthy pathways!!"

What makes his age real in my mind is that he has been blacklisted by adult babyfurs. Sure they all have the ages that they roleplay as, like how Jin usually roleplays as a 10 year old, but they are always quick to add that they are 18+ so it's "kosher" that they roleplay pedophilia (it's not). This person could just be taking the roleplay so far that they let themselves be ostracized from the community, but that seems unlikely with how much babyfurs feed off of each other for validation. He's also tweeted about getting in trouble in a Zoom class and his dad calling the teacher, which again could be roleplay. It could be that he's a highly dependent college student. But his act is realistic enough that he eerily reminds me of spergy classmates from my not-too-long-ago high school days.
ETA: it's also worth noting that since Jin started dating this person, he has made multiple tweets defending the idea that it's ok for preteens and children to have sex as long as they "want" it
