I hope Jin isn't under the impression that getting his gallbladder taken out is going to let him resume his normal shitty diet like nothing ever happened. Your digestive system is never the same afterwards, especially when it comes to high fat foods. You can eat all the pizza you want, but it'll go right through you.

Then again, that probably works for him.

I don't know if that is always the case. I had my gallbladder out, didn't change my diet or medication, and things returned to normal for me after I finished the painkillers I was given.

The way shit eating degenerates always seem to avoid things like gastroenteritis or sepsis is maddening.

Well, shit. Maybe I just have a crappy reaction to pizza, which is actually more comforting than the thought of it being due to a missing organ.

The dude fucks plushies, I think it's not unreasonable to assume that he has poor hygiene.

Dental work is expensive, and at some point, there is so much they can do to fix years of neglect and decay.

This is like one of these nightmares where you lose your teeth. I'd be nervous too.

He probably had the misfortune of getting a shitty dentist who makes most of his money by pulling all a person's teeth and fashioning dentures or all-on-4 crowns. I had a bad tooth a couple years back and ran into a quack who wanted $20k to rip all my teeth out and replace them with crowns. A competent dentist did a root canal and single crown for just north of $1k and solved the whole problem.

Hopefully he has the sense to get a second opinion before he does this. Once you pull all your teeth out, there's no going back.

I never realized he had teeth that bad, but it would seem that it’s “just genetics”, at least according to him.
