I mean, he had a little section on RLPV only for himself and his followers, which I heard contained his diary. I naturally haven't read it, but I do recall a diary-esque post I read somewhere one time that probably was in the wrong place. He said that he took some hives medication that made him unable to hear 'Twilight,' so he stopped taking that medication in order to hear 'her' better. Basically proof that she's in his head. You know, aside from the shitton of other proof out there.

The secret section on Los Pegasus, though, if I recall, is actually for NSFW stuff, so I'm not sure a diary would be in there, but I'd bet you some seriously scandalous shit would be there still that would shed more light on this poor guy's utterly broken psyche. He more than likely posts around the whole site, though, considering that he's one of the founders, so... simply signing up might be enough to see something.*

He doesn't date other guys because then he feels like he's cheating on "Twiley." He says in one of his diaries that he hooked up with a friend, but then felt consumed with guilt over it, so broke the relationship off.

Nah, you're underestimating his level of crazy. There's no possible way for Twilight to cheat on him, because he's already decided that only his version of Twilight is the TRUE and HONEST one. He's got some whole crazy headcanon going where the show is just an inaccurate reflection of the real Equestria.

If Twilight got a boyfriend on the show or something, he'd chimp out, but not because he'd blame Twilight; he'd blame the showrunners for betraying her character or something. Anyone else who claims to be in a relationship with Twilight is either a liar or a rapist, probably both. The only way for her to cheat on him would be if his own delusions become twisted to the point where he believes that's what's happening. Personally, I find it unlikely; like most waifu-lovers, he's reduced the object of his affections into an extension of his own will (and hand).

I speculate it might be possible to make him think Twilight is cheating on him with persistence and/or the right language from the right person, though. He's fragile on the inside, you can tell.
