You're absolutely missing the point. Gum is a luxury product yet instead of saving that dollar for a drive/camera/whatever you need you use it on something that provides nothing.

Nobody still says "the bomb" either. That went out like 15 years ago.

The firewire card is apparently still not working. My best guess as to why the camera won't work on his mac is that it doesn't like the thunderbolt to firewire adapter in use. I told him I don't have the time to look into it any further.

Don't care what the brand name says. My video capture device says "Ion Video2go" on the box, it's actually what the techheads call an Easycap DC60+ clone, and the chipset that the drivers are for was something completely different I can't even remember (STK something-or-other).
Hardware is some weird shit, dude.
 
I'm not going to quibble over a pack of gum and the fake tat was revealed to be relevant to his ZTM character, but where his money goes is certainly a valid question and concern since he's keeps begging us for more.

Indeed. He blows hundreds on toys, but needs to panhandle to meet the obligations he already has.

It looks like Joe has wandered off, leaving ME to do all the hard work on our Christmas movie! Here I am, trying to make a holiday classic for the ages, and he stops responding right during Thanksgiving, which is freaking CRUNCH TIME for us Christmas movie people.

There's no reason you couldn't proceed on you own. I mean this is @Joe_Cracker you're dealing with. You'd end up doing all of the work yourself anyway, while he tries to take all of the credit and if it's a hit, his brother gets most of the money so Joe can defraud Social Security.

Edit: He's probably (:_( because his gofundme still hasn't raised more than $5.
