I'll send you $20 if you promise to make more Ziggy the Maniac. You gotta find a better costar than your brother, though. He's holding you back.

$20.00 Ain't enough to hire a new actor, but it could buy some more pyrotecnics. If you want me to hire someone better you need to think big like say Felicia Day of the guild big. No guarentee on that one but you get what I'm sayin right?

I'm sure you can buy enough Wild Irish Rose to get some hobos to be in it.

It's time for your monthly reminder:
No one wants to give you any money!

With that out of the way, some people might CONSIDER throwing a little your way if you could actually justify your need for it.
What I mean is what does your SSI income go toward each month? Do you pay rent? Do you have to buy your own food, medications, etc?
Is there anything at all that you could cut out from your spending habits?
I know people on a fixed income like yours that have to pay all of the above and STILL manage to have $100-200 left over each month to do whatever with.

Post what your typical spending habits are and maybe some of us could help you make a budget so that anything you get e-begging is a bonus and not a prerequisite for getting your projects done. Be honest with us about it as well.

Legit dude, nobody Felicia Day level will work on your projects. Ignoring the fact that bumfuck, Nowhere isn't a hotbed of acting you don't have the budget nor visibility to make it viable. If you were a Pewdipie level star, sure. But for a web series seen by few and movies with sales in the double digits? Not a chance in hell.

$477 a month SSI, $205 to my dad for basic monthly expenses that does include rent by the way. I pay $60 for half of the internet that I share with my brother. It's used to have a co-pay of $3.40 for my perscriptions but changes in federal law allowed my dad's insurance to put on a higher co-pay and when you add that with South Carolina medicaid it's free. I had to make cuts in my spending habits since day one when I got on SSI and continue to do so based on whatever the situation is, my spending habits could be very different next year or next month they could change just so I can make a large purchase in the future or a change in my diet or if my dad suddenly needs more money every month or gets laid off. The mandate from the federal government when it comes to SSI is clear "the money is for the benefit of the recipient" I've known that ever since I was in elementary school; decades before I was on the program. One time in class we all watched a video about the program and how it was being abused. It highlighted a guy who was using a majority of check for crack cocaine. That's how I first learned about it. My dad insisted that I be a recipient since I was so bad off and there was nothing for me. Starting on Sept. 10, 2001 was the first day my high school got me a paying job at a Vocational Rehabilitation Center in Rock Hill, SC. It was great because I was earning my way, i was so good at it I was even awarded "Student of the Month" no special ed student gets that. I've also attached one of my original paystubs from that time. It was good while it lasted but **** happens. The economy was slipping. Mine was one of the first states to feel the sting of what was to come in 2008.

You say some have $100 or more left over at the end of the month, well that's me sometimes but not all the time. It either gets set aside or it carries on into the next month, for the future I have to have every cent set aside, zero is what is going to be carried into the next month and the month after that. Any money that is made from a DVD, BD, or Download is re-invested into 963 Pictures. Not a single penny goes toward my personal spending, if enough doesn't come in the I'm the one who has to subsides it with my SSI because 963 was created for my benefit, so I could someday get off this program. I got several reasons why I want to get off it, you never asked me that when you said that no one want's to give me money.

1. I can only have $3,000.00 in my personal bank account at a time. It's very counter productive and it's a major flaw in the program. When I ran for congress part of my platform was to fix this flaw. Now that Mulvaney is still in office that ain't going away.
2. I have a girlfriend and that I have been dating since Oct. 2008 and she herself is more bad off and is also on SSI. As much as I'd like to propose to her, we can't live together on a duel SSI income.
3. My dad is loosing mobility and he brings in the lions share of the household income and I fear the day he get's confine to a wheelchair
4. If anything where to happen to my parents, I won't be able to take care of them. Right now my mom could handle my dad if the above mentioned where to happen but it would be to much for her.
5. When you are a dependant of the federal or state government, you can't help but pay attention to the Bureaucratic arguing that goes on and affects you directly and negatively. From about 2007 to 2010 I had to go without the standard raise that is given to all recipients. Whether disabled or retired.
6. I'd rather be in a posision to be paying into social security then drawing it as someone who is disabled.
7. I went 10 years without asking for a handout from fans, I just feel ashamed that those who have followed me for the past 10 years are seeing me reduced to this level. I don't need to list all I've done, those who do kickstarters or indigogo's don't ask for handouts, they ask people to be part of something special and I'm glad to be apart of the few I have backed so far.
8. Last, plain and simple. 963 has to become self sustaining and it's not going to do that on it's own. I keep it up with what little money I can spare because if it can become so then there won't be any need for me to be on SSI and all the government money I put toward it can be paid back to me. It doesn't become a case of defrauding the federal government until it re-purposed to benefit something or someone other then myself. Thow my is the soul owner, I have to oversee it so it's income doesn't go to toward anything other then future productions or other investments I have approved myself. Everything from the failed planetsantara.com to yet to be successful NES Rom Maker. My brother get's paid 30% because of tax purposes involved in putting all this in his name and any personal spending needs that could arrise. He would take care of me if my parents where no longer able to do so anyway, that's why he agreed to this in the first place.

If you can donate money to the gofundme, then by all means don't let anybody stop ya. Now that we are accepting pre-orders for Unknown Creature 10th that's a second option. Plus there are the other 3 titles on Amazon you can download. Our most recent purchase was on Feb. 27th that just last week.

No one wants to give me money because, they don't know the full story. I can give you this part.

Also, just incase your wondering what I did at that job. It was assembly work, plus additional work one would do in a factory. I would have stayed after I graduated if they where still in business.

In all seriousness, good luck JC. I hope to see much more Ziggy the Maniac in the future

also tagging @Connor here to show that all of his excuses are lame because Joe has a serious disability, limited income, etc. but still produces more than Connor ever will.

I understand is loyalty to his brother now, so I will change the terms of my $20 offer and will donate if Joe does a podcast.
