Good question. Though methinks Vinluv could have prevented his death to some degree despite what he claims. Maybe some slightly smarter Kiwis can reappraise the possibility.

Regardless I think it's odd as fuck that Vinluv was obsessed to this guy to this extreme even going as far as to call himself a "Winkologist".

He cow-tipped and got positive attention for it. After seeing the video of him sucking on his grandmother's toes, I'm starting to think he probably wanted the Twinko to die so he could get off on being someone who had close contact with him. Who could've predicted he'd have turned out to be gayer than a Hawaiian guy who unironically simps for Hunter Biden? Thankfully, there's still a ton of Joe Winko's unlisted videos to dive through & comb for highlight clips.

Yeah, looking back its sick though I do wonder what Vinluv could have done regardless if the suicide was premeditated to a large degree. Regardless, if the fucker knew his address he should have at least passed his info along to authorities who would have given him the proper resources to overcome his ailments.

Also, maybe a OP rewrite could be in order to remove some of the Vinluv stink.
 
Damn, I just caught up on Vinluv’s faggotery. I always knew there was something off about that guy. He seemed like he didn’t care all that much that his so-called friend killed himself and he just wanted the attention it would bring to himself. He always excused his willingness to post Joe’s dead cams as “That’s what Joe would have wanted”, but in reality, it always seemed like it was for himself.

iirc Joe said he got all the stuff to do it via Amazon so I don't think Vinluv had any part in his actual death. But I still think he could have done more to prevent it.

Thinking about it and getting a general idea of his messages, it really does seem that way. It especially rubs me the wrong way with how he compared Joe to Laura Palmer.

I'm honestly not sure one way or the other at this point, the fact he's such in intense attention seeker and also willing to tell obvious lies over and over without ever admitting the truth really makes me wonder about his involvement. It would be far from the first time someone drove someone to suicide for attention, and their relationship seemed rather twisted.

Again, maybe some smarter Kiwis than I can scrutinize this some more. But this whole thing definitely didn't sit right with me.
 
Vinluv made a thread about some random Brazilian teenager and was later revealed to have a furry fat fetish in*the same thread*, so his faggotry isn’t all that surprising in retrospect.
 
I had no idea Vinluv was involved with any of this shit. Like, I literally didn't know he ate shit on video. He seemed like a nice guy in my experience. Damn. Guess we're never getting the police bodycam footage then :(

As I initially told him via PM: About a month ago I emailed the Deland PD about obtaining the BC footage and, they seemed willing and happy to oblige...at a cost. Total would be approximately $136:

I am still fully willing and prepared to send in the check. The only reason I've been sitting on it is because $140 is admittedly kind of steep in this economy, and thus, I've been continuously putting it off just in case someone else happened to obtain the footage first, but seeing as that may not ever be the case...

Big deal there, we’d still have Joe alive today if only circumstances were different. I think Joe had made sure absolutely no one could prevent his death; much so even Vinluv. Still, he more or less stood there while his supposed idol talks about suicide, how he will do it and all this other crazy shit and we’re supposed to believe he had no idea it would eventually happen?

Joe was like a milestone for him. Soon as he discovered him it was like praising a God. Joe wasn’t an ordinary individual; but he was one to be made aware of. It’s why Vinluv posted so much about him from what I gather, learning about him, supporting him, but also potentially exposing him to more people on another site where they would rather point and laugh than genuinely help. It’s ironic how we all come together to realise how much Vinluv egged Joe on, even if he didn’t want Joe offing himself like he did.

Thats also interesting. Imagine joes reaction in the afterlife finding out Vinluv only wanted to use Joe as an odd stepping stone and boost his own “lolcow” status. Joe writing Vinluv in his death curse book would be fucking maniacal.

I think he thanked someone on video for the stuff he used. I could be wrong and I just skimmed over it when it was all happening, but I swear he shouted out to someone before committing to it. I didn't watch the suicide video and am not going to, so I could be wrong.
