As someone else said, this isn't a criminal case. It's a civil case, but more specifically, it's a petition for a protective (restraining) order. In those cases, people make their arguments directly (i.e. without lawyers) to a judge who decides the outcome and grants or denies the protective order. In this case, the judge sided with the ex and ordered a 10 year protective order meaning that he cannot have any contact with her for that duration. And to reiterate, it's not at all tantamount to a finding of guilt for a crime, but it does mean the judge found the accuser, on balance, to be credible in her claims.

I'm very confused now after going through the pages, and I genuinely think I've missed something but I can't find anything more substantial than what Woman Beater says. Is this JUST a restraining order, or an actual civil case? Is a civil case still going on? Is that a provision for losing a PO? Is this a a different kind of protective order to a DVRO? I feel like we need Useful_Mistake here because I don't see any documents. What state is this even in? I know there's the apparent phone call with the PD, but that a case does not make, nor the previous one between the BDP girls.

Also I completely forgot this guy existed after he piled on Turk Diddy. It's very funny that he's getting piled on by Woman Beater now. I hope everyone involved gets hit by an AI car with a retarded gatcha wrap.

Losers fetishize asians so asians get more popular in streaming. I'm guessing she's white but tries to appear more asian. A good chunk of "asian" streamers aren't asian, and are instead half asian or just look asian enough to pass as part asian (ie Pokimane). That's my best guess on that matter.
