No, I'm pretty sure this is a lie unless that stab to the eye went all the way back far enough to pierce his occipital lobe. Complex visual hallucinations ie seeing faces, demons, and the other thing Tectone claims he sees are either misfirings or depression in Broadmans area 20,21 and 37. So I'm more inclined to believe he's schizophrenic because a stab to the eye will not produce these hallucinations and definitely wouldn't explain the auditory hallucinations.

Witness testimony is evidence too by the way. The nature of the crime means that it’s pretty much always a he-said she-said because it usually involves 2 people alone. If she tells someone about the incident immediately after, that’s hearsay and can’t be used, even if it’s an extremely young child who wouldn’t be able to repeat the words later e.g in court. A rape kit is also circumstantial evidence since it doesn’t prove rape occurred.

Well, you're wrong about that point. Agreeing with having somebody's rights taken away because of an accusation without evidence is reckless, and I don't think a reasonable person would cosign that. It's a slippery slope.
Your whole argument is that it's difficult to get evidence in a case like this, so we shouldn't worry about not having it and we must believe this accusation in the absence of evidence. At the same time, you're acting like the evidence does exist and I'm dumb for not being able to see it. It is Schrodinger's proof. It isn't there and it doesn't matter that it's absent, but at the same time it is there and it's the key to everything.
Tectone is a mentally unstable and shows a history of dangerous behavior, even without the accusation. The accusation and the civil case is undoubtedly the most damning part of all of this, yes. Also you're right, schizophrenics aren't typically more likely to be violent, but the ones who are violent are often untreated. Tectone is entirely untreated. Based on how he supposedly has to drive through demons with his car, and he claims this happened more than once, I think someone seeing shit like that would be more likely to be violent. Though he could be entirely bullshitting about being a schizo because Tectone is desperate for attention.
