This has always been something that confused me about his grift. If you want to play the long con streaming career of "being a public nuisance for money" you have to know where to draw the line for your own self preservation. You fuck with people, but you don't do something that'll obviously get you arrested. If you do get caught, you suck up to the legal system and go for whatever will make you look good and lessen your sentence so you can get back out on the street as soon as possible. Something I assume Legal Dicksucker has mentioned is that South Korea really doesn't do plea bargaining. So while they might take you taking responsibility into account at sentencing and not go as hard on you as they would otherwise, I don't think this mandatory prison count is going away.
