IP2 Johnny Somali / Ramsey Khalid Ismael - Banned YouTuber, Banned Twitch Streamer, Banned Kick Streamer, Disruptive nigger who was arrested many times in Asia

Edit: the reason he keeps crashing out and doing stupid bullshit is because he thinks once everything is said and done, the SK authorities are just going to slap him with a fine and deport him. That's literally the worst he believes will happen to him, because that's basically what Japan did with him. He has said as much on his livestreams. He doesn't believe that prison time is on the table at all. It doesn't help that in South Korea you typically don't get jail time until after your trial is over and the judge sentences you, from what I understand. So he's not getting held in jail until this is all over, which reinforces his belief that he will just get a slap on the wrist.
I still don't get how he got away with doing shit in Israel during an ongoing war. They probably had cause to just have him written off as a casualty statistic.

Israel saw the writing on the wall and let him become South Korea's problem. Also creating an American Black Muslim "political prisoner" during the Biden administration was a dice roll that they didn't want to risk.

I'm fairly sure they tried, but he survived that hamas drive-by at the pizzeria.

Another attack, Ramsey khalid ismael played victim, talked about "we would never do this to you in america" despite blacks attacking asians a ton during covid soooooo......

He also likely got ANOTHER charge by doing a "demonstration" accusing the govt of being controlled by the CCP which counts as a foreigner politically protesting, which is itself ALSO another crime.

I really hope the nigger gets actual prison time and hopefully gets shanked or raped to death in there. But this all sounds too good to be true. Wouldn't be surprised if he gets away with it. Maybe even if he wouldn't, the USA will pull some strings and get him off. They love their niggers, low chance they let him rot in a Korean prison for being a disruptive, uppity nigger. He'll probably get a red carpet welcome from the White House on his return.

One thing I don't understand and honestly bugs my ass is why he puts on that stupid Engrish accent when talking to any Koreans
He did it with more than just the Koreans. If anyone can explain to me why he thinks he can communicate via a fake accent that'd be wonderful. My best guess is he's actually stupid and doesn't realize just saying stuff with a different accent doesn't equal speaking a different language. That or he's doing it just to mock people.

This has always been something that confused me about his grift. If you want to play the long con streaming career of "being a public nuisance for money" you have to know where to draw the line for your own self preservation. You fuck with people, but you don't do something that'll obviously get you arrested. If you do get caught, you suck up to the legal system and go for whatever will make you look good and lessen your sentence so you can get back out on the street as soon as possible. Too many of these idiots forget that the grift only works on civilians, and you have to cover your bases in a way where you actually are immune from legal pushback. Johnny lacks any kind of self preservation, and that's what's fucking him over.

putting all my chips in on the 2% chance the prosecutors lose the case
everyone knows how this shit goes by now (continuance... continuance... continuance... nothingburger)
Continuance works out fine however, as he cannot leave the country (he absolutely would have fled by now if he could) until it's done. "The process is the punishment" and all that.

Maybe they can get the Korean equivalent of a TRO blocking him from accessing Internet Cafes or getting a cellphone. That would be interesting. Cut him off from all streaming too. Remember, Streaming is considered work in Korea and he's not allowed to be doing that -- it's a crime, too.

I know there are laws that exist where if you engage in sexual behavior overseas you can be charged when returning to the united states for those acts. I wonder (and if there are none, hope) if there are laws for some of the shit he's done in Japan, Israel, and South Korea that he can be charged back in the United States like the anti pedo sex tourism laws.
It goes against America's state religion to hold Niggers up to human standards. There's no way in hell anything happens.

Best place to follow the trial and most knowledgeable about the Korean law right now seems to be Legal Mindset.
He has direct insight into the court files and knows the case better than JS himself.

In addition to his sometimes 1+ hours streams, he always does twitter updates and uploads short versions on YT the next day.

Johnny is fucked since today, cases from the Western district have been merged to the Eastern one, which a committee had to approve. It's rare, says Andrew. Mandatory prison time for the deep fake sex crimes; probation unlikely because he already pled guilty to the 3 other charges on the first trial.
--> bottom part of this SS is this new fifth charge

--> the law he's been charged under: Section 3, no fine as option, just mandatory prison time.

He keeps fucking himself over more every day now.

Something I assume Legal Dicksucker has mentioned is that South Korea really doesn't do plea bargaining. So while they might take you taking responsibility into account at sentencing and not go as hard on you as they would otherwise, I don't think this mandatory prison count is going away.

And far from taking responsibility, this nigger has continued to commit crimes on a nearly daily basis. I could be wrong, and so could LM, but I really do think they gave him enough rope on purpose and now they're gonna pull the lever on him.

As for the U.S. prosecuting him when he gets back, I don't see that happening. That needs a special law, and the main ones you see are sex trafficking and selling drugs (they don't care if you smoke some weed in Amsterdam so long as you don't bring it back). Another major one is if you do some dumb shit like go to North Korea to help them out with crypto.

If he's definitely going to jail now then I'm hoping we see Johnny finally take that step to try and dash into North Korea at the Joint Security Area. From his perspective what's there to lose? He's going to jail anyway, might as well make it a bigger story.

This isn't the US government trying him. Its not so much pissing around in comparison.

"we would never do this to you in america"
This nigger would do the knockout game on a 70 year old Asian man if he thought it would get him enough views.
He deserves far worse.

Maybe in 2028 under the Ocassio-Cortez Administration under the advisement of Secretary of State Lilith Cohen-Johnson (she/they). But The Donald probaly will let that truculent tard languish.

If you were selling drugs in South Korea (or anywhere) there's literally a 0% chance you would be charged for that when you go to the US. Literally a negative percent chance.

And "bringing drugs back" has nothing to do with committing a crime in another country, you're committing a crime in YOUR country. Terrible examples lol.

Your North Korea one is also bad because you're again not committing a crime in another country, if you were "helping them with crypto" to steal from Americans then you're committing crimes IN AMERICA. If you were stealing money from the French (or just teaching North Korean farmers how to make NFTs) then agan, 0% chance of being charged with anything. You can murder 315 people in India and the US won't do anything about it (unless the shitskins ask the government to, then you get sent over, etc. etc. but that again has nothing to do with the US charging you for an international crime). Or you could just go to Canada where all the Indian terrorists migrate and do whatever you want.

It's next to impossible, and would have to be in like maybe one or two super specific circumstances (and worth the retarded amount of resources/supremely low chance of prosecution sticking/unlimited time to try to collaborate with a foreign government that might not even care, etc), to ever charge you in the US for something you did somewhere else.
