You are correct. It is a publicly delivered warning/threat with the implications of breaking and entering with the intent to cause physical harm. Yes.

But Wings is also really retarded and won't fill out an ic3 gov report or turn this or the other examples of 007's pozloading my neghole over in person to the Horry County Police Department.

I'm no lawyer but seeing how a lot of this "harassment" from Wigger is on Conway grounds, Wings could reasonably argue that Jonathan Parker Wilkins has caused him emotional distress, made him fear for his life, has ruined his personal life with accusations of crimes not committed and weaponized a mob so that him and those around him are always in fear of an attack.

It would require hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Wings would have to document everything, hire a retainer, file reports and see what his options would be for John Doe subpoenas on Youtube and Discord to get the identities of his arches. Consider the scope and scale of the harassment empire built around his waistline.

Now imagine the FBI having to criminally pursue hundreds of thousands of people tied to this strange lolcow mafia network. Imagine the jurisdictional complications if some live in Australia or other parts of Europe. Imagine Google not being cooperative. That's more work for you.
Wigger007 is the easiest one to make an example out of because of proximity and information already available.

All Wings would have to do is file out that ic3 . gov report, get a retainer, let the FBI work and maybe with Keemstar's help pay the way into a civil case. 007's dared him in the past to take him to trial so at least he's eager about the idea more than fatty is. Like always, Wings hurts himself through inaction.
 
I get wings isn’t the best guy. I actually don’t know shit about him aside from him being the guy would play COD on YouTube way back when, nor do I really care to know that much about him. 007 is a cancer. I know that much, it’s really easy to see that he’s a snake.

It’s a shame wings doesn’t at least take him up on that offer of dragging his ass through the courts because wings has a better chance of funding the case off name alone.

I wouldn't see anything as a goblin victory even if Wigger's coup d'état drives out NWB and turns William into a cucked servant. Chance will have a new force of weens to go up against and in my opinion, I can't think of a better group. Wilkins a-logging his little mutant doppelganger sounds like good feed for the thread no matter what happens.

Site mod explained Internet Famous was the same category Wings is in so they felt it fitting he shared it. I'd rather have something instead of look a gift horse in the mouth and say I got nothing after how much community work went into this thread and half the year it was unseen. Lemons and lemonade.

Personally I'm in two minds about Jonathan being a tough guy. He's more like a cry bully from what I've picked up watching him more this year. He threatens people but never directly. It's always a call to action or encouraging others to do something for him. It's not very tough of someone to always need lackies around to look scary.
