Phil received a death threat a few years back and made a police report. He also stated in the past that he reported either fraudulent transactions on his own credit cards or PayPal chargebacks that he believed were fraudulent. He asserted that Renton PD told him they don't investigate financial fraud, only sex trafficking. and he should report fraud to the FBI. Not only was he being bullied and his life ruined on a daily basis for no reason, the local police wouldn't help Phil when crimes were being committed against him. Please tip.
There's this report where his local PD made contact with him on 11/11/23 after police searched another address. This is the last of all reports. If there was anything earlier, he wasn't swatted, he wasn't home, or otherwise no contact was made with him. Also possible the PD fucked up and didn't send the reports.
