Penis transplants are basically still cutting edge and are not routinely performed. They've basically only been performed on wounded veterans or men who've lost their penises in a horrible accident.

It takes a considerable amount of work for the graft to be successful, so surgeons wouldn't risk wasting the few viable penises up for donation on people who've had their groin surgically rearranged and filled with scar tissue, since the penis transplant probably wouldn't take anyway (let alone also trimming it down into the bits required for Yaniv). It's also why you're not likely to see any trans men being penis transplant recipients.

If this is all true, I called this months ago! Yaniv was too unhealthy and too diabetic to undergo a major surgery like this! I also don't think it 'fell off' I mentioned awhile ago that the area probably became necrotic or scabbed over so the doctors need to remove flesh that has no blood flow to prevent necrosis. Factoring in the diabetes, poor hygiene, and 3 baths a day his crotch probably looked like a corpses snatch after 3 weeks in the ocean.
