I don’t think Tranada requires a psychological assessment, unfortunately.

EDIT to add: In this case I think it is good that a man who obsessed over 12-13yo girls was castrated.

Generally speaking though, I think tranny surgery should absolutely require a mental assessment first.
The problem being that you would have to be mental to get SRS.

it is possible that an anti depressant might actually just not work for you and make things worse. in that case you talk to your doctor as soon as you can. even a phone call or something. they'll let you know how to ween off it or if you can just stop taking it, then you come in again and get something else prescribed. it can be like a guessing game for a while. but yeah just not taking it anymore and not communicating with your doctor is a big problem. is he suing for his clit falling off?

Patients love taking themselves off of shit, getting other doctors to put them on shit and never telling their GP/Family Doctor, etc... it makes for a great setup. "You took yourself off of those blood pressure meds? How is that going for you? No, the top number for your BP should not be above 200... No the bottom number should never be 3 digits. Constant ringing in your ears and a sharp pain down your left arm? Ok, you call 911 and I'll meet you at the ER if you're still alive, ok? Ok. Bye"

No

This and the Kevin thread are the only ones that have, without fail, made me physically nauseous every & any time I read it. “Saturated pads”. Of course. How there’s no way to concretely prove that even if he does have “complications “ with a vaginoplasty, we all know he loved reading how they described that in the report, he absolutely got off on getting that exam from that poor doctor, how the fuck is he still doing this shit? I get it even fucking sexual-psychopaths need medical care sometimes but this person should absolutely be in a psychiatric hospital.

Is there nothing preventing him from these constant lawsuits and medical-sexual predator shit? You can just endlessly file complaints like this?

I’m not gonna debate trans stuff but if people were really accepting of trans/or if trans wanted to be seen as just people like anyone else, then it’s glaring that Yaniv’s behavior shouldn’t be acceptable anyway. (I’m aware that his troonery is absolutely part of his angle—and plenty of other peoples’— but even playing by the most stringently “pc” rules & setting that aside, it should be obvious. ) It isn’t as if there aren’t already cases documented about this type of sexual predator that harass medical/emergency staff in this way (forcing them into exhibitionist/voyeuristic situations)

Y’all regulars in here have a stronger gut than me, usually I’m all over a thread with medical content but this one is a tome of truly ghastly things that read like mengele’s spankfic. It’s also an unintended argument that even full-on castration doesn’t stop a sex pest’s desire to fuck with people.

Color me stupid and late as I avoid Yaniv because VOM, but
Has he been deliberately fucking with his hatchet wound so doctors are forced to interact with his bloody mangina and he can recreate his ‘sanitary napkin’ fetish? And sue everyone in the process? It’s almost impressive.
Yes. That's what Johnnyboy is famous for. He's called emergency responders numerous times while naked because of "complications," or because he's fwallin and he can't get (it) up. This is what this creature does.

I've changed my mind about SRS. I think if you are an AGP you should be REQUIRED to get it. Anyone who wants to be declared a true and honest woman should be willing to give up their beans and frank. It won't help their craziness, but it is effectively a form of eugenics and pre-emptive castration of pedos like Yaniv is never a bad thing.

The medical professionals who encourage and treat these Frankenstein surgeries are sometimes crazier than the troons.
If you play along with crazy people's delusions, this is what you deserve. If you are a doctor who won't call out troon bullshit, you should be forced to have to deal with them. Just like a HAES doctor should get nothing but fatties in their practice. If you don't have the courage to be honest with a patient you should suffer the consequences.

Yep. They know they are multilating people with severe mental illnesses. I don't feel sorry for genital butchers and people who support that crap.

Looks like Yaniv is a chronic pain patient from looking at his meds. Also, benzos and muscle relaxants on someone with known psych issues and is under 50? And you're a GP? Cut me a break. This guy deserves Yaniv as a patient.
Yeah I was looking at that list and wondering where he's scoring his oxy/pain patch/whatever because if he isn't scoring one somewhere I will be truly shocked.

Maybe leafs don't have the issue with those we have down here but nothing goes with flexaril (or whatever his was), gabapentin, and a smorgasbord of "bipolar" drugs like ye olde oxy script.

Depending on how the doctor did it, it probably caused him pain so he couldn't enjoy it like he normally would. His axe wound is closing and he is in constant pain. For tge first tume in his life, he might be feeling consequences for playing stupid games.

And I just had a horrible thought involving waxing and prolapse fucking end me.

I wish I could but the tranny institutional capture of academia, media, policy-making, LGB and feminist groups is way too deep and pernicious. There's no path out of this in the next century, this is unprecedented. Think how many papers get published vs retracted every year, or how much new regulation is created vs repealed.

Lobotomized patients never politically organized lobbying for their right to have the brain mutilated, they never pushed for others -including children- to undergo such horror, they never infiltrated writing rooms to insert stunning and brave lobotomized characters in TVs and movies. This is much, much worse.

I wouldn't be so sure. Lobotomy was celebrated as a miracle advancement in surgery during its time, it even earned its developers a Nobel prize. Sure I don't know of any groups of victims who advocated for it, but the establishment couldn't hype it up more.

It really is quite similar imo: Novel surgical technique developed for treating mental illness, widely adopted and lauded as successful with little oversight, shilled incessantly as a miracle cure by the establishment. (You've also got to remember that we're talking about the 40s and 50s here, the world was way smaller and the communities and media you mention didn't really exist back then.)

EDIT, bonus thoughts: It's also really important to note that the negative consequences of lobotomy were way more immediately apparent, so people's positive perceptions changed right quick. Even in the face of that, lobotomies were still being done in some countries up til the late 70s. The perception shift is going to take time. Now that SRS is happening more commonly and people are sharing their own horror stories, I expect we might start seeing real pressure in maybe 10-20 years as the number of regretting post-op troons grows. Well, assuming they don't 41%... I guess the fact that lobotomites weren't necking themselves at record pace helped people see the real impact of the surgery.
