Was really hoping he'd take a tumble down the stairs at the end, but alas. Life isn't fair.
It is interesting to note that the court has been in receipt of formal complaints with evidence attached regarding yaniv just prior to yesterday's hearing. They even wrote Kari back. Of course when it came time to address if that dog should be allowed into the court house, once again it was allowed (despite it being brandished as a weapon on drea many moons ago). They literally cannot claim ignorance any more they have been informed.
We believe the system is just protecting itself from liability. If yaniv gets dealt with there'll likely be many civil claims on various government employees and organizations.
We have an rcmp officer on the island here who has been trying to get donald and myself to file a statement, but that is somewhat dangerous for donald to do because of his "pressured speech" problem and alexithymia, commonly tied into ASD of the severity he has. They did not want a written statement, they want to put him in a room with a camera. And of course since I am involved they won't allow me to function as his disability advocate during this procedure.
Kari wanted me to ask the SSI officer who from langley he was in touch with, which he replied and did not give a suitable answer (but did seem to have researched the multiple files on yaniv). Now we are both in a limbo holding pattern because we do not want the police to entrap donald.
Given the system's track record of protecting yaniv, even to the point of having cops just stand and watch while he criminally intimidates drea, makes us very hesitant to trust the police with donald.
I am going to be contacting the ministry of justice today to see if we can figure something out, becausd they cannot sweep things under the rug anymore. Yesterday's antics received almost half a million views on drea's twitter alone.

Again, I wish you the best of luck, as does every other Kiwi living in the Greater Vancouver area (I know of at least 10) who have been having to deal with this fat perverted millstone on our reputation for the past 10 years, ever since Yaniv first got national attention with his attempt at making a 'national sex day' a thing when he was attending Kwantlen College, complaining how guys like him couldn't get laid. (This is funny AF, I attended Kwantlen too, you could trip and fall and land with your dick in pussy there.)
The fact with the RCMP not wanting to take a written deposition from Donald and wanting him to go on camera only in their controlled area is sus as fuck and Donald being such a sperg he's certain to blurt the wrong thing out under pressure in that case. Have you offered a video deposition from Donald recorded by you? If they turn THAT down it sure sounds to me like they'd like to entrap him into saying something stupid. Perhaps you can work a deal where unless he admits to a truely serious crime he is guaranteed not to be prosecuted by anything he says in his deposition with the Mounties?
I don't know if they #1 would go for that or #2 if it's legally enforcable as I've thankfully never been in a situation like this, but it's a possibility if they are seriously interested in going after Yaniv. I hope that you and the cops can come to an agreement somehow to get a good statement down because Donald 'refusing' to give one (under their rules) makes his position weaker and Dickless's stronger.

And to no one surprise bitch about suing again.

Just wanted to say that if John is ever incarcerated, I can be to Vancouver in a day to rescue Rexy. He would be in a very quiet rural home on acreage, with no children, and lots of nearby lakes and an experienced dog handler to rehabilitate and retrain if possible. Rexy would have to have all vaccinations and ready to cross the border.

You probably thought of this already,but
would they accept a sworn deposition witnessed by a lawyer? There must be some lawyers that specialise in whatever is the equivalent to the ADA. I'm pretty sure a crowdfund for fees would be effective.
On a quick search, the RCMP have disability/ accessibility standards they're supposed to adhere to.
Canada has disability discrimination laws, Jonny abuses them on the reg. Time for DFS to leverage them in his favor.
