Normally I would agree (on the other half of your post), but this is Yaniv and he’s been so diminished over the years due to his behavior and actions, it just makes him look pathetic.

Besides, Pope Francis was a far better person than Yaniv could ever hope to be. Yaniv's attempt to sue a gas station in small claims court was recently dismissed, and he was ordered to pay a paltry $500 for wasting the defendant's time. This was one of his fake "service dog" discrimination scams.

He provided no real evidence for the case and was even caught using AI (which hallucinated non-existent Supreme Court cases) to write his legal documents. Crazy that he wasn't punished more severely...

ChatGPT cannot consistently transcribe an image of a table of numerical financial report data (whole numbers) to an editable table without a human being having to proofread every goddamn column and row*. It makes embarrassing detail mistakes, like getting wrong the number of columns that there are in the table or just making shit up in some of the cells. Images drawn by AI also look OK at a glance, but have compositional errors and tells that make it obvious they were made by AI if you just use your eyes. If you pay attention the flaws are really evident more often than not. I'm baffled at people like "Jessica Simpson" who think LLM's are capable of acting as a lawyer without human lolyer oversight, given how confounded LLMs get on details like how many fingers belong on a human hand.

* I did this as an experiment in February 2025 and I was really disappointed! The task seemed pretty concrete! It's data entry!

The foreclosure is icing on the cake. Jon has spent every last penny of his harassing others, filing frivolous claims that he loses and then has to pay, overspending on a vehicle lease/takeout/dining in/trips... Alta West is a last-chance lender. Jon has nowhere left to turn for legitimate cash. He's either going to have to start turning tricks or turning to a life of crime.

Jonboy was evading service from Alta West. On the 14th, the court granted permission to post a copy of their notice on the front entrance of the apartment as well as mail a copy to Jon. Jon has 21 days from the date of "service" to respond, which you can assume would have been the 15th. I'm curious what AI mess he'll generate for May 6th.

You can read up on the foreclosure process in BC - the first step is a redemption period. Typically 6 months. I think Alta West is hoping to accelerate that given the circumstances. Meowmix is keeping a collection of the docs, of course.
