Canada has incredibly ineffectual law/law enforcement. Their incompetence and failure in cases where people die is nothing short of astounding, so their ability to handle this correctly is not something I have any faith in. You can see the murder of Zachary Turner and his father as an example of how weak the Canadian justice system is- Yaniv probably won't get his just desserts, at least of the bloody and bruised variety, until he crosses the wrong person and someone decides enough is enough and goes the route of vigilante justice. Sadly.
Finally an update. There's also an "X v. CDI College -and- Clayton Purdy, etal." on the schedule. I've been checking that schedule once a week and this is the first time I've seen X used as an alias and that makes makes me wonder if this one is also his.
I mentioned this a while back, he also left this woman a 5 star review with his real account, a 1 star review with a sockpuppet. It's similar to what he did with the previous woman he trashed on thedirty.
Yaniv is both old enough and obnoxious enough that you know this guy got the shit beat out of him/swirlied at least a couple of times in school.
I'd love to see Yaniv run into another vexatious litigant who would catch onto his schemes and sue his ass off. I know based on that Ashu Solo guy catalogued here that there's at least a couple of Indian vexatious litigants in Canada. Hoping he gets dragged before the Human Rights Tribunal for racism for extra justice.

The thing about Jonathan as compared to a lot of troons is that he’s totally lacking in guile. He no doubt thinks he’s Very Smart, but it’s immediately apparent in every exchange what sort of person he is and what his true intentions are.
