First, stop going to McDonalds or other fast food places.
Second, stop drinking soda
Third, start cooking your own food from scratch. Kraft dinner is not food from scratch.
Fourth, reduce carbs. Not just sugar, but white rice, bread and pasta.
That will do more than drugs for healthy permanent change.

But since you can't get a handle on controlling your need to make young women uncomfortable, I doubt you can control your eating habits either.
