I think that used to be the case, but now that media and schools are instilling into kids at an early age the gender studies and identity politics bullshit I think its likely that the larger share of those effected would have just grown up to be normal heterosexuals. Regarding him wanting the Township of Langley to create a bylaw against "harassment," "bullying" and "cyberbullying" where the threshold falls short of criminal harassment, I'm happy to say that this is about as clear cut and obviously unconstitutional as it gets, and there's no way it could possibly happen.

Criminal law is a head of power assigned exclusively to the federal government in Canada, so a municipality can't enact criminal law. Yaniv himself even pointed out that there are already harassment provisions in the Criminal Code, so clearly that is where the subject matter falls into.

This is pretty basic shit for Canadians with any rudimentary understanding of law. I guess he hasn't even learned this much in spite of constantly filing human rights complaints, lawsuits and criminal complaints.
