The thing about Jonathan that really bothers me is that I really do believe that HRT
wants to side with him. They
want to mandate the sick the shit that Jonathan is demanding women partake in to pursue his fetish and they I
want to be the de facto enforcement body of these extra-legal requirements. The only problem is that Jonathan has so much dirt on him in the public that it's inconvenient for them to side with him because of the negative PR. I think that the moment a more respectable troon - an Oger-type perhaps - makes the same sort of complaints, they will quickly and brutally find in favor of the troons. Yaniv would be getting all these forced waxings he wanted if he didn't have that nasty papertrail of pedophilia and racism.

Yeah, as far as I'm concerned the only reason Oger finally "disavowed" this fat piece of shit is it was becoming politically dangerous to keep supporting him. Oger's a dung pile himself and I have no doubt he's watching Yaniv's antics with great interest. If such a useless pleb can harass people so successfully despite his obvious mental and charismatic handicaps, imagine how useful his tactics could be with somebody who's just as much a dirt bag (and just as ugly ... holy shit these people are just fucking hideous) but is actually savvy enough to achieve at least some political success.
Oger lives up to his monstrous namesake. He successfully lobbied to defund a women's shelter because it only accepts women. There are no extenuating circumstances that can forgive or excuse this. He did it solely because he hates women and believes "women's spaces" shouldn't exist or that men should have unfettered access to them at all times.
You can imagine someone like him would relish the ability to quietly ban (temporarily or permanently) critics from Twitter. There's also no question he'd happily abuse any kangaroo court he has access to just as Yaniv does. He understands the real purpose of these extra-judicial tribunals: to deny due process to the accused and make it easy to push political views and punish people that the legal system can't (or won't).
A real court in any sane country would never accept Yaniv's arguments as persuasive. It would also expect fees to be paid. It would also insist on allowing the defense to mount a competent defense and would be bound in its findings of fact, rulings and final judgment by the laws of the jurisdiction where it operates.
These tribunals? No problem! File as many complaints as you want, all for free! No such thing as "vexatious litigants" here! We'll also fuck with the accused, deny them their fundamental legal rights and we'll even keep it all hushed up and private for you if you're "afraid of harassment." You can still talk shit all you like, though; we'll just punish the accused if
they dare to speak out against you in defense. Even if you lose, you won't owe us a penny, and we'll bend over backwards to avoid making you pay your opponents' costs even if you fuck up viciously. When you win, we can enforce our judgments with the full force of law. Also, everyone in the building is woke, and loves social justice and feminine penis.
They're an end-run around the legal system and I'm still astonished they're even legal under any circumstances, even in a cucked country like Canada. That they have any kind of authority to impose financial penalties or incarcerate people is just unbelievable.
I have no doubt these tribunal whores are eager to side with Yaniv. The urge to sneak past the legal system to bring forth righteous punishment for those ruled guilty by Progressivism(tm) is pretty much exclusive to SJWs these days. It must have caused that Devin guy (head-honcho of the spectacle) great personal anguish and distress to have to write even the limp-wristed puff-of-air wrist slap he included in a recent ruling regarding Yaniv's misbehavior. Having to fine him must have stung double. He clearly didn't want to, and he obviously supports Yaniv (as evidenced by Yaniv's frequent boasting that he shares "all the abuse" with him via private email). He only did "sanctioned" Yaniv so he'd have
something to point to in the future when someone states the obvious and calls the whole thing a biased-as-fuck clown court.
Just imagine a straight white man bringing a discrimination case before that tribunal. Even with slam-dunk evidence, you know they'd rule against him and probably fine him for his trouble. Meanwhile, Yaniv practically brags about his manipulation of the tribunal and they still eat out of his hand. Oger would love to set up something like this in his home turf. It's a game rigged heavily in his favor. Yaniv certainly loves it.
As much as I enjoy watching people like Yaniv constantly failing and getting their comeuppance, it'd be vastly more satisfying for me to see these tribunals dismantled to take away this bullying tool from Yaniv and people just like him. He can't be the only asshole in Canada pulling this shit.
