So... Yaniv mocks her for having a loose, blown out vagina from having a 10lb baby, and THEN mocks her for having a condition that required her to have a C-section when she gave birth. Why is he allowed to say the most horrendous shit to women, but they're not allowed to say anything back? Lindsay is right about having to delete those tweets for transphobia, because she WILL get suspended by the Twitter gestapo, even though Yaniv instigated literally everything.

He targets immigrant women of color because he perceives them as "weak" - less educated/proficient in English, poor, less likely to fight back. He probably perceives mothers as similarly less likely to fight back because they wouldn't want to endanger their child's welfare (such as by being fined by the HRT courtesy of a psychotic troon). He always only picks on women (because he hates women) who he thinks are not going to be able or willing to fight back against him.

The first part of that is probably also why he gets so upset when they do fight back. He gets upset that his 'inferiors' are not backing down. This guy's a racist, probably a pedophile, definitely a harasser and yet he's still able to prance around on twitter trying to bait people into being 'transphobic.' Boggles the mind.

I'd be interested to hear how he would react, in real life, if a male confronted him. He seemed to fill his pants sharpish when Null phoned him, couldn't end the call quick enough which made me LOL - I bet if it had been a female he would have been verbally abusive, then mocked and harassed her online

Strongly disagree. I don't want to sound like an anti-racist, but if there's one group of damnable foreigners I have to approve of, it's Arab Christians, among whose number I must include several close family friends. But if there's a second group of damnable foreigners I want nothing but the best for, it's Sikhs. Yaniv, the (literal?) motherfucker that he is, unerringly searches for the most upstanding and decent of people to harass and bully.
He seems to be doubling down on the racist and anti-Muslim rhetoric. That's certainly an interesting position for a brave defender of progressive humankind to take, to be sure. I'm looking forward to seeing how it works out for him.

Many people, when confronted about bad online behavior, start slinging unfounded accusations about the confronter's identity or character as a deflection tactic. It must drive JY crazy to not have control in this situation.
As much as I've questioned Member Cousineau's impartiality, I feel horrified to have my suspicions confirmed simply because anyone involved in any type of legal matter deserves an impartial arbiter. This offers a possible explanation for all the leeway Member Cousineau has granted JY so far in the consolidated hearings. Equally horrifying is the likelihood there isn't anything that can be done about this egregious conflict. Worse, the outcome of the consolidated hearings is compromised no matter what it is. If Member Cousineau rules for JY, one could argue the former's pro-trangendered leanings play a part in the ruling. If she rules against JY, people could argue it's simply to appear impartial without actually being impartial.
I bet JY would fume on Twitter upon leaving the hearing that day and make lulzy, failed attempts at identifying/doxing the gallery.
Given how many cows profiled on the site scour the internet for mentions they can react to, it's no suprise to see JY do the same.
I'd (optimistically) love to see someone be able to use "Suck it up, buttercup," on JY without any negative fallout such as a ban or suspension the next time JY complains about not getting their way. JY using that phrase to intimidate others is really grating.
