Looks like a small terrier, right? Well by the laws of the internet the best way to get the right answer isn’t by asking a question - rather, it is by answering the question wrong and having somebody correct you.

Therefore I believe that is a golden retriever small terrier, possibly west highland. The ears are floppy tho, so maybe a close cut bichon frise or Maltese.
